From Designer to Creative Hotelier
Roberto Lanci was not born a hotelier. He was born a designer. For years he worked in graphics, visual art, communication. Then one day he decided to apply everything he knew to a small hotel in Rivazzurra di Rimini.
The result is not a renovated hotel. It is an artistic project: every room is conceived as a small gallery, every piece of furniture has a story, every detail tells a creative journey. Furniture recovered from flea markets, original artworks created together with his sister, vintage touches no catalogue could replicate.
Rob personally manages every aspect of the hotel: from interior design to technology (he built the booking engine, the CRM, the website), from breakfast to guest communication. Not out of necessity, but because every detail must carry his signature.

What Guides Every Decision
Creativity First
Every choice, from furniture to breakfast, starts with a question: is it creative? Is it authentic? Does it tell a story? If the answer is no, it does not enter the hotel.
Recovery and Transformation
Before buying something new, the question is always: can we transform something old? A discarded piece of furniture becomes a unique item. A broken lamp is reborn with a different purpose.

How N! Creative Hotel Was Born
Rob takes over a small hotel in Rivazzurra di Rimini with a clear vision: transforming it into something never seen on the Riviera.
The creative transformation begins: the first rooms are redesigned with recovered furniture and a boho-chic aesthetic.
The project is completed: 14 rooms, each unique. The Healthy XL breakfast becomes the flagship feature.
